After several days in a row of getting the same reading, I finally realized that my scale isn’t lying to me and that I’ve actually lost 5 lbs over the last couple of weeks.Ā Hooray!
But I also just noticed some new and unsightly bulges that I really didn’t need on my hips.Ā Ugh.
How can I possibly be thinner and fatter at the same time?
