    I have a number of cuttingboards bearing witness to how I have forgotten pots on the stove… but you topped that 😀

    Wow!!
    All my pot holders have scorch marks on them because we have a flat top range and I set them down on the burners all the time while they’re still hot them smell them smoldering. I better quit writing about this before my house insurance gets cancelled!
